Our after-school program is school-based. Only students who attend the host school are eligible to register.

Yes. We offer a $20 discount for each additional child from the same family.

Each site is staffed with a Director, Assistant Director, and trained program staff. All employees are background checked, trained, and certified to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

We offer rolling dismissal, allowing parents flexibility when picking up their child.

Yes. We proudly provide NYC DOE-approved snacks.

Each activity session is approximately 50 minutes.

We understand how important homework is, and our goal is to support families by helping students complete as much work as possible during the program.

Each child receives:

• 50 minutes of structured homework help
• Additional time during snack (approximately 40 minutes) to begin assignments

This provides roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes dedicated to homework support daily.  After a full school day, we believe this is an appropriate and productive amount of academic time. Our philosophy is that children thrive when they balance academic focus with physical activity and creative expression.

Students rotate through activities as part of their assigned group. For safety, supervision, and age-grouping reasons, children must rotate with their group and cannot remain in one activity for the entire afternoon.

Please note: Homework may be scheduled later in the day. For example, if pick-up occurs at 4:00 PM, your child may not have reached their homework rotation yet.

Our homework team keeps daily records and can review whether time is being used effectively. If you have concerns, we encourage you to speak directly with the Site Director.

Our program follows a rotating, three-part curriculum:

1. Homework Help
   While we are not a tutoring or one-on-one service, staff circulate the room to assist students, answer questions, and provide support.
2. Sports & Fitness
   Students are introduced to a new sport each month, learning skills and drills followed by intramural-style play.
3. Performing Arts & Enrichment
   Activities include art, dance, theater, cooking, and creative projects. We host two parent showcases during the school year to highlight student work.

At this time, Ultimate Enrichment does not offer private scholarships. However, we proudly accept HRA (Human Resources Administration) and ACS (Administration for Children’s Services) vouchers.

Families who believe they may qualify should contact their local HRA/ACS office for eligibility and application information. Once approved, provide the documentation to our office and we will assist with enrollment.

1. Parent completes their portion of the HRA application
2. Ultimate Enrichment completes the after-school section
3. Submit the application at the HRA office
   (Address to be provided)
4. Once accepted, bring the approval letter to Ultimate Enrichment
5. Complete the Ultimate Enrichment registration application
6. Child may begin the program the following day
7. Medical forms and immunization records must be submitted within 15 days

Failure to submit medical documentation within this timeframe may result in removal from the program.

Yes, all students need an updated medical within the year.
