Ultimate Enrichment (UE) provides fully managed, high-quality after-school programs for elementary school students. We partner with schools to deliver engaging enrichment, academic support, and recreational programming in a safe, structured, and positive environment. Our programs allow schools to offer comprehensive after-school services while families gain access to reliable, affordable, and enriching care.
Our after-school programs typically operate Monday through Friday from school dismissal until 5:50 PM, with flexibility based on each school’s schedule. Each day follows a consistent structure that includes student check-in and attendance, homework help and academic support, enrichment activities, physical activity or sports, snack and social time, and organized dismissal.
Students in UE programs experience a balanced combination of academics, creativity, physical activity, and social-emotional development. Academic support includes homework assistance, and small-group help when needed. Enrichment offerings may include sports and fitness, performing arts such as dance, theater, visual arts and crafts, cooking, and leadership and team-building activities. Programs are customized based on each school’s space, schedule, and student population.
Our team
UE programs are staffed by trained, background-checked team members and supervised by an on-site Site Supervisor. Our staff participate in ongoing professional development and follow clear behavior management systems to ensure a positive, structured environment. We maintain low student-to-staff ratios and focus on building strong relationships with students and families.
What Separates UE
Student safety is our top priority. UE utilizes daily attendance tracking, authorized pick-up procedures, incident reporting protocols, and established emergency procedures and drills. We adhere to DOH and state requirements where applicable.
UE supports school partners with program design, staffing and training, family registration and billing, curriculum and materials, daily operations, family communication, and program reporting. We strive to operate as a reliable and collaborative partner within each school community.
